Serving Suggestions

Pastries: Cream filled pastries and tarts can be stored in the refrigerator. They are best enjoyed at room temperature. Our breakfast pastries, teacakes and fruit pies can also be stored in the refrigerator. We suggest warming them in a 300 degree oven for 5-10 minutes prior to serving.

Cakes and cupcakes: For storage, keep in a cool dry area. Allow cakes to come to room temperature prior to serving. In order to maximize your cake servings, follow the cutting diagrams below as general guidelines for 10 inch and 12 inch cakes. For 6 inch cakes, use the inner circle in the 10 inch diagram. For 8 inch cakes, use the inner circle in the 12 inch diagram.
